Random SMS messages not going though fix for (green Text messages) on T-Mobile's Network

So I've noticed this especially on group SMS text messages (there's always that one guy in the group chat with an andriod based phone making the chat green 
). If I'm on my wifi with a T-Mobile signal strengthen 2 bars to full bars, my messages are not going though... and forget trying to push a picture though at times.... so shutting off wifi seems to do the trick. I'm tried this on multiple ISPs (Optimum online, Comcast, and Frontier) . Just curious if this fix same works for others. iOS version 10.3.3 on an iPhone 6s Plus.
