So I've noticed this especially on group SMS text messages (there's always that one guy in the group chat with an andriod based phone making the chat green ). If I'm on my wifi with a T-Mobile signal strengthen 2 bars to full bars, my messages are not going though... and forget trying to push a picture though at times.... so shutting off wifi seems to do the trick.
